Goal-Line Performance provides programs for youth, adult and pro level boxers and kick boxers that are focused on developing heavy bag training and high intensity interval training while building overall athleticism that maximizes explosive boxing rounds.

Athletes will develop offensive, defensive, punching techniques and footwork while transitioning these skills into several different combinations including the jab, cross, hook and uppercuts.
