6 Week Sports Performance Training Program

Don’t want to commit to a monthly membership just yet? Sign up for one of our 6 Week Sports Performance Training Classes that will offer a variety of different workouts to maximize functional movements with dynamic warm-ups, mobility, flexibility, endurance, strength, conditioning and injury prevention related programs to support and build overall athletic performance. Athlete’s will be placed in groups based off age and skill level.

Hockey Training Program

  • Join GLP and Train Like A Hockey Player for a 6 Week Training Program that will focus on:
  • Stick Skills
    *Hand Placement, Puck Placement, Weight Transfer, Shooting In Stride, Top Hand Control, Hand Speed, Puck Control
  • Fitness Training
    *Mobility, Injury Prevention, Structural Balance, Speed, Hockey Specific Conditioning, Strength and Power Development, Muscular Hypertrophy, Peak Performance


Sports Performance Program.

  • GLP’s Performance Training classes offer a variety of different workouts to maximize functional movements with dynamic warm-ups, mobility, endurance, strength and injury prevention related programs to support and build overall athletic performance.
  • Participants will train for 60 minutes with a certified trainer to ensure optimal performance to reach goals such as: overall strength, power, speed and agility, change of direction, endurance, mobility and injury prevention. Change the way you feel, move and play!
